Porsche 911 2012 is caught on fire when facing trial in Germany

Misfortune befall one of the prototype cars from Europe, Porsche 911 Cabriolet 2012. The car is caught by fire when facing trial in Germany. As reported, worldcarfans (07/07/2011) car caught fire while being conducted routine testing at Steinegg, Germany.

Luckily the officer arrived before the fire devour the entire car body. Firefighters were busy deadly blaze at the rear of the car.

According to the local Fire Chief, Klaus Buchinger, firefighters arrived after the fire raged for 15 minutes. "This car is almost entirely burned," he said.

Cause of the fire is not yet known. The sports car was immediately taken to the Porsche center in Weissach for further examination. As reported the car will be marketed exclusively in China's auto market as a 2012 car.

Prototype Porsche 911 2012's plan would use the capacity of 3400 cc engine that produces 350 PS (257kW/345 bhp) and other models could be spraying power 400 PS (294 kW/395 bhp). The car uses a 7 speed transmission Doppelkupplungsgetriebe PDK (dual clutch).
