NEW YORK - There are interesting discourse initiated by the U.S. government to increase the intellectual content of the driver on the highway. They propose a driving license (SIM) may be owned by citizens who just graduated high school or equivalent.
As reported by caradvice, today (06/10/2011), some government officials believe that high school education can be a basic driver's education on the road. In addition, if enacted new regulations will further encourage young people to not drop out of school.
From the U.S. Department of Education statistics, there are currently about three million people with ages between 16-24 years of secondary school. This is further made some municipalities, such as Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York and Texas support this discourse into permanent legislation.
Until now, regulation is still under formulation, but has received support and some are rejected. Their reasons, a lot of new unemployment of previous workers because they have to have a new certificate can extend the driver's license.
Psychological expert opinion John Dufy, if applied to this rule will not be fully effective. "A penalty is usually to create new behavior, and this (rule) can not be a motivation to force children to go to school,"explained by Dufy.
