Stephen King opts Environmentally Friendly Vehicles

One more celebrity who switched to using environmentally friendly vehicles. Author of horror stories of Stephen King are now using the Chevrolet Volt hybrid vehicles.

King Herald Tribunes photographed daily with a vehicle. in the City of Sarasota he walked to the station "cas" its electric Volt. He was plugging the cable in the wall into his vehicle. Electricity is free because it is generated from solar panels on the roof.

"I'm happy to do it. Every time plugging in the cable to the car, as if I said to the oil cartel 'ya, plug it into your eyes,'" he said. "It was like a license to steal."

In the United States and other developed countries, eco-friendly cars are not cheap but the government gives tax subsidies to "ngecas" for free at government-made filling station.

Stephen King was the first to use the station to his vehicle.

Other users Volt looks into the station. His name is Chris Sharek. He bought a Volt for less than 50 thousand dollars and ordered from New Jersey.

"Rather than buy a Jeep and I still have to add 40 thousand dollars more, the better I bought the vehicle the technologically more advanced and more efficient," said Sharek.

More and more people are switching to environmentally friendly vehicles not only because of its technology.

"Mid-February 2011, when oil prices are always the headlines of newspapers, a small hybrid vehicle or vehicles be increased demand," said Jessica Caldwell, an analyst with Edmunds.com, the automotive consumer Web site.
