Tata Nano Superdrive – a journey through India

celebrate the inauguration Tata Nano's new plant in Sanand a fleet of 9 Tata Nanos driven by prospective customers, who participated in an online contest, began a country-wide drive, called the Nano Superdrive, from Sanand on 2nd June. The drive was flagged off by Mr. Ratan N. Tata.

Tata Nano Superdrive will be an enchanting 26 day voyage, wherein nine Tata Nanos will circumambulate India on three different routes identified by Tata Motors. Tata Motors has given prospective customers an opportunity to drive these Nanos on select routes, and enjoy the car in the real-world.

Each route has been christened after our tri-coloured national flag namely ‘The Saffron Route’, ‘The White Route’ and ‘The Green Route’ keeping with the theme of the country-wide drive. Tata Motors has specially festooned each Nano with a theme and these 9 Nanos will travel through diverse terrain, covering the length and breadth of the country.

Along the route, in every city visited, the cars will halt at landmarks and at malls where customers and walk-ins will have an up-close experience with the Nano and its unique features. Tata Motors will organize a celebration ceremony for proud Nano owners to rejoice a successful year of sales and deliveries of the Tata Nano.

The Nano Superdrive will cover a distance of 15,000 km touching 36 cities in North India, Central and East India, West and South India, before converging at Sanand on June 28.
