Suzuki Motor corporation, Japan's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has launched its two new super-bikes including Suzuki GSX-R1000 and Suzuki Bandit 1250S in India today. The newly launched motorcycles come with attractive and sexy look, which can attract young bike lovers. Suzuki Motorcycle has already rolled out its super bikes in the market such as Intruder M109R and Suzuki Hayabusa.
These models has already achieved excellent attention from the market. Mr. Katsumi Takata, Chairman, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. said, “This launch is in line with our aim to deliver outstanding technology and performance to the Indian market. We are pleased to offer exciting riding experience to pro-bikers.” The all new Suzuki GSX-R1000 is powered by 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC, fuel injected engine with a sheer displacement of 999cc which develops a maximum power of 160 bhp at 9,500 rpm and generates a peak torque of 110 Nm at 8,000 rpm. It's available with two colours including White Black and Black Sliver.
The new Suzuki GSX-R1000 is available with amazing price tag of Rs. 12,75000 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi). Suzuki Bandit 1250S is such a wonderful bike in the super bike segment that can give a good performance in the Indian roads. It also comes loaded with 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC and fuel injected powertrain, which is able to generate an excellent power and torque. It is priced at Rs. 8,50,000 (ex-showroom-Delhi). The new Bandit 1250S is packed with amazing colour options such as Metallic Gleam Gray and Pearl Nebular Black.
Suzuki Motorcycles will hopefully see the tough competition with another super bikes in the country including Honda CBR 1000RR, Yamaha VMAX, Yamaha YZF R1, Honda CB 1000R etc. Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President (Sales and Marketing), Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt.
